Crypto-ParadoxNet Agreement

High-level legal wrapper that binds together the DAO charter, token terms, contributor agreement, seed investment warrants, dispute policy, and compliance pack.

1. Scope

This agreement explains how the on-chain Crypto-ParadoxNet system maps to real-world parties, rights, and obligations. It is designed to sit on top of the deployed contracts, not to replace them.

2. Roles

The agreement distinguishes between protocol contributors, governance token holders, early warrants investors, operators of indexes, and downstream institutional users.

3. Relationship to on-chain contracts

The on-chain system is composed of modules grouped in the architecture graph. Each module is referenced in this agreement: governance core, paradox assets & NFTs, indexes and registries, oracles & ZK, and the disputes layer.

Wherever possible, the agreement points to specific functions, roles, or parameters that control the behaviour of each module.

4. Use in practice

Use this document when negotiating with contributors, investors, or institutional partners. The on-chain contracts should never be shown without this narrative and legal wrapper next to them.
